Set and Prop Construction

Completion goal Saturday March 26th

Listed below are all the dates and time that we will be working on the sets and props for our show.  Please email me as soon as possible with times that you are available to help.  That will allow me to effectively plan to complete the necessary tasks in the most efficient way.  Thanks for your continued support.

  • Saturday March 5th Lunch will be provided at the High School
  1. Major construction will take place at the High School shop from 9:00 to 4:00
  2. Backdrop painting will take place at Sheckler from 8:00 to 3:00
  • Saturday March 12th Lunch will be provided at the High School
  1. Major construction will take place at the High School shop from 9:00 to 4:00.
  2. Painting projects will be addressed at the High School from 9:00 to 4:00.
  3. Backdrop painting will take place at Sheckler from 9:00 to 3:00.
  • Monday March 14th
  1. We will be assisting the High School striking their set from 1:00 to 9:00. (reminder that we will have our last rehearsal at Sheckler that evening from 6:00 to 9:00.  I will be at the High School from 1:00 to 4:00 and Brenda will remain until 9:00)
  • Tuesday March 15th
  1. I will be at the High School starting at 9:00am to begin loading in Mary Poppins to the stage.
  2. Starting at 6:00pm we need trucks and vans to bring props and set pieces to the High School and then return set pieces and props from the High School show back to Sheckler.
  3. Staring at 6:00 we need a team to hang our three backdrops at the High School.
  4. Set construction and painting will take place all day.

  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Thursday March 17th
  1. Work at the High School 9:00 to 4:00
  2. Rehearsal at the High School 6:00 to 9:00
  • Friday March 18th
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Saturday March 19th  Lunch will be provided at the High School
  1. Back drop painting will take place if needed from 8:00 to 3:00 at Sheckler
  2. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Monday March 21st
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 4:00
  2. Rehearsal at High School 6:00 to 9:00
  • Tuesday March 22nd
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 4:00
  • Wednesday March 23rd
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Thursday March 24th
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Friday March 25th
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00
  • Saturday March 26th
  1. Work at the High School from 9:00 to 9:00

Help is needed during the day Tuesday April 12th to install the flying system.  Individuals willing to be on the flying crew will need to report 4/12, 13, & 14 and all remaining rehearsals and shows.

Stage crew individuals are needed beginning Monday March 28th for all rehearsals and shows.
