Weekly Update 3.30

1.   We have been informed of a scheduling error for the high school auditorium for tomorrow evening. A public program dealing with drug use is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:00. We are able to rehearse from 6:00-7:00. If attendance for the program is less than 100 they will remain in the cafeteria and we can continue to rehearse. If attendance is over 100 we will need to move to the music room for an hour for a music rehearsal and then return to the stage at 8:00. Therefore, I will begin rehearsal at 6:00 start with Act II scene 10 followed by 11, 12, 13 & 14. Please arrive before 6:00. Once we have run 10 through 14 we will start with Act II scenes 1 through 9.

2.   Friday evening we will be working at the high school from 6:00 to 9:00. In addition to construction work we have many small nonconstruction projects. I also need help at 5:30 at Sheckler to put out backdrops.

3.   Saturday we will hold a full workday starting at 9:00. There are several construction projects along with painting and prop projects. Please try to lend a hand. We also need 2 more main dishes, 2 side dishes, and 2 more desserts for Saturday’s lunch. Please sign up tomorrow at rehearsal.

4.   I could use help at the high school after 1:00 tomorrow.

5.   Don’t forget that head shots will be taken before rehearsal on Sunday. Please wear your Mary Poppins shirt. If you didn’t purchase one try to borrow one from another cast member for the photo.
