IT’S TIME FOR OUR ANNUAL
FAMILY NIGHT FUNDRAISER
and we need your help!
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10TH
6 - 10PM
We are asking that each member help out. Here’s how:
1. Every member join a committee to help the night run smoothly
- Food
- Children’s Games and Activities
- Auction/Special Prize
2. Every member to donate two gifts for the Chinese Auction
Some gift ideas are:
- Themed baskets (Such as - seasonal home décor, back to school supplies, candy, kid’s toys, etc.)
- Donations from Local Businesses (We have a business donation letter)
- Baked Goods
* We are planning on having a special table full of baked goods. Please present your baked goods in a decorative setting, such as a nice tin or on a nice plate to draw extra attention
3. Participate in set-up on Thursday, October 9th 6 -8:30pm and Friday, October 10th 3pm
4. Hang up flyers and generate buzz about the fundraiser (go to “downloads” on the Member’s page to print out the flyer)
This is a very fun and easy night that can be a huge success if we all pitch in and help each other out. This is CAST’s only fundraiser so any and all help you can give is greatly appreciated! Thank you and let’s have a great night!
