Dear Bill and CAST members:
I just had to tell you how great the show was! As a former member of CAST, I must admit I went to the show with a critical eye. How could it be any better than when we did it the first time? Well, it was! The first time I saw the show was on Sunday afternoon with our two daughters, who were in the original show and four of our grandchildren. I cried through the "Pick-a-little, talk-a-little" song! I wanted to be up there again. The choreography for the library dance was great and the backdrop was very well done. The harmony of the quartet was a pleasure to listen to. The set of the Paroo house was charming, even better than before with the little window seat added. Harold Hill's energy, Marian's voice, Winthrop- great, Salesman Charlie's booming voice, Mrs. Paroo's great accent!, Mayor Shinn-such a comedian! Jim and I went closing night, and we enjoyed it just as much. (I was able to watch it without crying as much) Totally enjoyable evening. I wanted to cheer when the band came marching out. Very impressive to watch. I just love Lida Rose & Will I ever tell you? I'm going to watch my tape of the show tonight. Keep up the good work and congratulations to the whole cast and crew for putting on a wonderful show. I could go on and on, but I guess I'll cut it short. Oh, I almost forgot - the statue of Mr. Madison - awesome! Also, Karen and Eric, your baby is adorable! Great job everyone. See you next year!

Miss you all

That is why I save a little something new for each show.
So that you have something new to look forward to.
Keep 'em laughing, that's my slogan.
